Mineral insulated thermocouple with flying wires

The plug-in thermocouples of the TCA-M series are made from mineral insulated cable and are used in almost all industries. They are mechanically and thermally highly stable. Their differentiating factor are the type of thermocouple, sheath diameter and the type of connection.

Execution: with bare wires

Process connection: fitting: M8, 1/8", 1/4" and 1/2"

Sheath material: 1.4841 / AISI 310 or 2.4816 / Inconel

Sheath - Ø: 1, 1.5, 3, 4.5, 6 mm

Connection type: bare wires

Features

  • Temperature range with type J up to 750°C
  • Temperature range with type K or N up to 1150°C
  • Flexible, mineral isolated cable, bending radius 3 x diameter
